FAQ
What age group is the camp for?
Our camp is designed for children ages 6-10.
Please note: Campers must be at least 6 years old at the start of camp. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all, we kindly ask families to follow our age requirements. Thank you for understanding!
Will children be divided into two rooms?
Yes-sometimes! Now that construction on our two new classrooms is complete... the children can be grouped into two age bands: Younger kids in one room and older kids in the other. However, our number of students can vary on the day. If there are not enough registered students to require two teachers, we will all be in just one group. We'll keep you updated. We will all eat together in a large room for snack. We are happy to accommodate siblings or friends who prefer to stay together to ensure everyone feels comfortable and has the best camp experience, just let us know!
Can my child attend just one day or specific days?
Yes! We offer single-day sign-ups for $49.
Who are the teachers?
Our art teachers are experienced and awesome! (CLICK TO MEET THEM) They craft engaging lessons that challenge young artists to learn age appropriate art skills. Most are NJ state-certified art teachers, that teach- or have taught- in public schools! Our teacher's assistants are responsible and caring high school or college students that offer additional student support throughout the day.
What kind of projects will kids create?
Each week is themed and packed with fun mixed media art projects to help students explore a variety of artistic mediums! Watercolors, pastels, colored pencil, acrylic paint, 3D projects, and much more!
What are the class sizes?
Each class can have up to 21 students per art teacher. When a group reaches 10 or more students, a teacher’s assistant will also be present to provide additional support. A class of 20 would typically have one primary art teacher plus 2 teacher's assistants present.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, it's 10% off each additional sibling's registration when siblings sign up for the exact same scheduled activity (the activity, date(s) and pricing type must all be the same for the offer to apply) This applies automatically at checkout.
My child has an IEP or special need. Can you help?
We have experience working with children with many different learning styles. However, we do not currently offer 1:1 aides. You know your child best—please reach out to us to discuss whether our art camp is a good fit for your child and what accommodations may be possible to support their experience. The more we know about your child, the better we can help them succeed.
How do I register?
Click the button below to go to our registration page! Spaces fill quickly, so sign up soon.
Oops, I need to modify or cancel my registration! Are you flexible?
Yes! We are a "toddler-mom" owned small business. We get that things happen and life is crazy. We can transfer your enrollment to any other day of our Summer Art Camp, just try to give us as at least 24 hours notice if possible. If you need to cancel, give us a call so we can work it out, we're here to support you.
My child has an allergy or medical need. What should we do?
Please let us know of any food allergies or medical needs. Miss Marisa (studio owner) is trained in administering Epi-Pens, and our facility is a nut-free environment. Children will be eating snacks brought from home that should be nut-free. Contact us to talk over a plan that works for your child.
